Yes, The Great Festival Charity Draw is owned and operated by Festivals Arts Music and Entertainment Ltd.

What is the Fundraising target?
We’re aiming to raise £10,000, we have some amazing prises, and want to thank you all for your donations, which will greatly help the charities continue their amazing work.

How will the draw be run?
The draw will take place in two exciting phases!

In Phase One, we’ll focus on prizes that can be used during the festival. These five prizes, marked with **, will be drawn before the live event. Winners will be contacted by phone to confirm they have their own festival entry tickets. If a winner doesn’t have a ticket, don’t worry they’ll be able to choose from the remaining prizes instead.

Once these festival prizes are sorted, we’ll move on to Phase Two, where we’ll go live on Facebook and Instagram! Winners will be randomly selected digitally, and we’ll announce their names during the live stream. If you’re tuning in live, feel free to respond so we can celebrate with you! And if you miss the live stream, no problem we’ll reach out to you directly.

Yes, all payments are secured and encrypted by Stripe, the leading digital payments provider.

Do you store my payment details?
No, your payment type and card details are not shown to us, we simply see your name, email and contact number, including the amount you have donated.

Are you a Not-for-profit?
Yes we are, in-fact we work super hard behind the scenes to ensure our chosen charities get all the profits made through donations. Our team provide their time for free.

Do I get a draw ticket?
We don’t issue tickets, but your details are entered into the prise draw based on the type of donation.

Can I get a receipt?
Sure, we issue receipts within 60 minutes of you making a donation, just double check your spam folder, and if it still hasn’t shown up just send us an email to office@greatfest.co.uk and we’ll get it re-sent.

Are you affiliated with festivals?
Nope, are totally independent and have no affiliation to festivals, however we thank the festivals for their support.

Who is SJ?
Our CEO SJ Smallpage is well known throughout the festival community for her fundraising efforts, social media skills and supporting festival organisations over the years, SJ masterminded the Micheal Eavis flash-mob at Glastonbury as well as other fundraising projects around the UK.
